Is it me, or is it really difficult to get good search results in Mastodon?

@telnetephant not just you, and it was considered a feature not a bug. The founders of #mastodon didn't like trolls searching key words and then shitposting so they decided that only #hashtags would be searchable.
@antares Ahh, okay. That means you need to deliberately hashtag events and stuff that you want to "participate" in. Got it. ty!
