I dunno, maybe things like a way to mass-produce graphene, or a computer architecture that can better handle parallelization, or a Unified Theory of Everything, or a whole no field of mathematics, or a sub-nanometer transister, or a new antibiotic, or an anti-cancer agent, or anything really. There's a whole lot of potential advances.
