It depends on how the service acknowledges a logged in user. E.g. if it's over a cookie one could extract that info via script and then set it again. For this one would create the script such that it can run directly in the console.
Though one should question if Tor is the right tool for the task and/or its worth the time to create a script to keep oneself logged in over re-logging in.
@barefootstache @Morpurgo Tor is designed to not leave fingerprints of its users and it should be used like that.
