@bibliolater Big difference as at least Smoot-Hawley was passed by Congress, instead of some orange, dementia-addled buffoon pulling a magic number out of his ass.

@Fat_Farang The fact that these #tariffs have not been passed by #Congress is problematic to say the least. The only way that the situation can be resolved is through a ruling from the Roberts court (#SCOTUS).
