rip stefan molyneux twitter. I guess the dude’s worst crime was having the wrong opinion? of all twittersites to migrate to as an alternative he chose Parler tho, which has been even worse with its moderation than Twitter.

I think it’s worth commenting, the only appeal sites like this one (the Fediverse) and Parler have is towards conservatives banned off twitter and people who see social media censorship as a problem. And unfortunately the average person browsing twitter does NOT think social media censorship is a problem.

@redlaserbm a lot of mastodoners think there isnt enough moderation on twitter, andthen there are foss nerds that would never touch a twotter

@a7 @redlaserbm i find it interesting that people choose to be censored (either by twitter or by those servers of the fediverse which do so). considering this, it's a bit ironic that censorship only speeds up our decent into dystopia, which is the exact opposite of what this self-inflicted censorship is supposed to prevent.

@bonifartius @redlaserbm I found it interesting until I realized people are psychotic tribal chimps deep down. I’ve seen few stand by their claims of desire for freespeech or daring to question those they predetermined as with them, or refusing to criticize some one because enemy of my enemy screw morals and ideals.

@a7 @bonifartius @redlaserbm Good, GOOOOD, you are beginning to understand people are just animals, intricate globs of long self replicating molecules and the other molecules they create. Now you just need to drop your believe in God and your journey towards the enlightened side will be complete!

@a7 @bonifartius @redlaserbm Most are. Jellyfish aren’t, but they are all globs. The tubular animals, like humans, are just globs with holes in them.
