News is getting so bad I think I need to spend less time paying attention to it and more time gardening and building stuff to prep.

so I'm switching one pain for another and decided to go full linux with my gaming pc, it's gonna be a lot of work to get everything working right but in the end I'm gonna be happy to finally be rid of windows 7.
@fristi Yeah, most of the accounts I follow and online stuff I watch is super doompilled. The downward momentum currently is terrifying.

gardening does keep the head straight though :) and maybe it's better to invest in a greenhouse now, can only get more expensive :P
@bonifartius @fristi Yeah, I think I'm gonna go ahead and build out the new bigger aquaponics garden in my shop this month. I'll be able to rent a storefront super cheap very soon for selling the produce. Don't think it will be a waste of money. Need to spend less time on fedi I guess.

@bonifartius @fristi More reliable. Weather is difficult to work with. Being able to confidently kick out a thousand heads of romaine a month year round will be valuable.
