hot take on mainstream leftie behavior
i noticed that one favorite way of mainstream lefties to deal with discussions they don't win - i venture the guess that they feel cognitive dissonance they want to resolve by this - is "infantilization" of people who have a different opinion. for example "here, have a cookie", "sweetie...", etc.
it's really food for thought. the last thing they are left to use as insult (as everything else is off limits by now) is what should be cherished highly.

@bonifartius their infantlie dependency on others, foreigners and fragile systems lets their core remain a child. Just like cats who in behavior never grow up while being indoors, this explains a lot of their behavior. Be nice and maybe Big Bro loves you.
They want to inflict pain by insulting and in that instant they reveal their kernel conflict.
(Hence the manually oriented Hipsterdom, urban growing/gardening BS, handmade luxury items...)
