i'm grateful that i still can buy milk which isn't homogenized and "only" mildly pasteurized.

the now normal "extended shelf life" ultra-filtrated stuff is totally weird. it is good for 3 weeks and then turns into a bitter tasting disgusting sludge in a few hours.

this milk just turns sour, but isn't a health risk then. probably can even use it for sour milk recipes.

(i even found a farmer near us selling raw milk but that's a 30 km trip. which is a bit much to drive just for milk :)
