Exactly.
But as one who actually lived on a dollar a day (seriously) for about a year, it is not actually the "billionaire" that is the problem, he/she is a symptom.
The problem is the State, its monopoly on violence, the dispatch of Corporations that are effectively the Tax Collectors and favoritism of the State towards large corporations (such a Limited Liability of owners, Patents, trademarks & copyrights, licensing and regulation).
No state, no billionaires.
