See the lawn with sheep on it? Neighbor just called me and wanted to sell it. He's so delusional that he'll get 200k for that. What needs noting is that you'll never get building permit there, since it's technically under national park's jurisdiction, and while it looks like there's beach there, there really isn't since the beach it's owned by neighboring hotel. But maybe it comes with some serfs.... 🤔
