unfortunately gnu taler is deliberately enabling taxation.
@bonifartius man. it's open source. and I don't think that some state rats know anything about gnu taler. so I think this could be realized only on voluntary grounds, when user does his bills himself.
@iron_bug it's by design that the payee isn't anonymous with taler and that absolutely kills it for me:

it's free software with build in features enabling oppression. i'm not surprised though, it's a german project and many of my countrymen are quite handicapped with regard to morality.
i do believe that the state is well informed, gnu taler is about to be tested by some banks due to an eu project.
