@realcaseyrollins @freepatriot we have such a case here in germany right now. troubled youth uses pepper spray in a night club, threatens people with a knife and flees. responding police stops him and he proceeds to spray a cop who shoots him.
of course cops (i don't like them but self defense is self defense) are responsible and cars get torched for the second week now.
