Personally, I think the paper has way too much of a tone of "wow look at all this great reentry data! We can learn so much about satellite drag!" and not nearly enough "Holy shit guys, that's a lot of metal burning up in the atmosphere, maybe this is a bad idea?"

guess this settles that stratospheric aerosol injection isn't a clever idea as well.
It's like how they refuse to put solar panels over parking lots, and instead trash beautiful farm land.
The real crisis is not the climate or environment or anything of the sort, the real crisis is that the elites have lost their sense of fealty to the nation & people. The solution is guillotines.
