Hello #chemiverse! Here is a bit more of an #introduction than my Hello World post.

I'm Lynn, a computational (bio)chemist at Georgia Tech/Uppsala University. Our group are into physical organic chemistry, computational enzymology, protein evolution, and enzyme design.

I'm an adult "third culture kid", I grew up all over the world, and speak five languages. I'm #FirstGen, half #Nordic and half #MENA.

I post about my toddler, science, science policy, and politics in general. I support #OpenScience and #FreeSoftware. Outside of work I take photos of things (I'm on Instagram as @caroline.kamerlin), I am addicted to vegan cake, and I play the piano. In a prior life I was a concert-trained pianist.

I'm half Persian so a lot of my emotional bandwidth right now is occupied by #IranRevolution.
