Just started 60s. Way too soon for a summary.

of course, everyone’s experience is different in the details. What I was thinking though is that 20s and 30s you’re trying to establish yourself, which can be a pain and stressful. By the 40s you’re established mostly and don’t have to prove much. I’m nearly 70 now and stuffs wearing out and falling off! 😱
