What is this shitty not-flu, not-covid, not-RSV thing going around??

It has taken out my team at work one by one and both kids poorly now. I had it two weeks ago. Felt bloody awful.
Making people get tracheitis, febrile, sore throat.

Any virologists know? Paraflu?
