Who Is “Web3” For?

Like dental hygiene, the decentralization of global communication platforms is an important problem, but not necessarily the right application for the instrument. Not only that, but the cryptocurrency style distributed blockchains are not the only blockchain application, so just looking it as a web3 thing overlooks other applications.
Not sure if the data structure needs to be renamed and how that could even feasibility happen.
