Over all, though, learned something interesting. For all those who use OSTicket, watch out if you use the LDAP plugin. Unfortunately, the 1.10 version doesn't work with it. Some sort of weird compatibility issue. We just had to run a downgrade to version 1.92 or something like that in our environment.
