Ideally what you'd do is use IPFS for your blog, but then use localhost for your key server page. Then for those you want to email you, simply encrypt that public key using AES512, and then email it.

@LWFlouisa Doesn't encryption for email sort of already exist due to GPG? I find it really easy to set up in Outlook through the add-on. available also natively in Office 365, though my Office 365 license doesn't have it, I don't think. Encryption ought to be able to be available for everyone, not just those who are more technical. I am, of course, but not everyone is.

@LWFlouisa Though what GPG4Win folks did, I do have to give it up for them. It took me a second to set up the plugin in Outlook. I was then able to decrypt a message received from the Kraken cryptocurrency exchange.
