i like how he just shows up in my mentions while the PRs are still sitting unmerged. Atleast postActiv dev seems to care about their fork.
@cambridgeport90 It is, I even started an ActivityPub plugin. I planned to rewrite it but even simple security fixes (timing attack/password hashing) were ignored.
@dansup I thought that thing supports both? I joined #Mastodon and not any of the others since it seemed more modern. Did I make the wrong move? I want to also set up a Hubzilla server for my community as well, but is that necessary with some of the mainstream CMS showing support for activityPub? By the way, I was challenged earlier by some mainstream developers; someone actually asked when evaluating whether to support ActivityPub whether there are any examples of it in the real world.
@cambridgeport90 GS does already support OStatus but ActivityPub is a newer protocol. There are quite a few AP projects now like anfora, funkwhale, prismo, plume, pixelfed, pleroma, and more.
