Boxing Day dumpling count: a scant 106.
Mostly I think because the newer butcher makes one-pound pounds of ground meat, as opposed to the 1.25 - 1.4 pound pounds in some prior years.

We had a bit of dough left over, and the little* boy made eight dumplings filled with Extra Sharp Cheddar Cheese. An innovation! They seem quite good.
