There's this woman, black and rather elegantly dressed and accessorized and also masked, who I sometimes see walking through the #NYC #subways (always Times Square?) at a fast pace with all the commuters, but she is PREACHING.

Calling out something in a high, loud, rather rough voice with I think a bit of Jamaican lilt.

And interestingly she is basically incomprehensible. 😁

I'm pretty sure she's speaking English; I think I've caught the occasional "be prepared" or "Jesus". But, even though she seems to be repeating herself pretty frequently, I've been unable to get even the general gist. One assumes, of course. But as far as understanding, her voice might as well be (somewhat strident) instrumental music...
