the arrogance of believing that your lil email company is so central to public discourse that the right to free speech will spontaneously crumble without your self-abnegating support; the hubris of thinking that you, unlike everyone before you, will be the one to solve the wicked problem of building a communications medium that is truly "neutral" and does not subtly or overtly favor certain voices over others. (oh and the ignorance of thinking such a thing is possible in the first place)
