@summeremacs thanks a lot for the links ! 🥳 My question was more regarding the federated universe, and if you know any mastodon hashtags or dedicated hosts dedicated to paris events and parties. I have been unlucky so far 🤷♀️. did you ever meet anybody using such channels during your nightly adventures ?
@certainlytwice Mastodon? No. Twitter. Yes but I pretty much have left there (like many). Instagram, yeah. Just search for nightlife/events in Paris and you'll find stuff on Insta. But keep in mind: a lot of stuff on Instagram is posted during or after the fact. Honestly, it's mostly word of mouth through groups and stuff with me unless, again, you're talking official events and then ofc you can see those in the links I showed you. 🙃 (will reply to other message in a sec)
@summeremacs thank you 😀. I am aware of lists of events posted on the media you are mentioning, my question was really around mastodon. I don't use Insta, twitter or google, only free (as in free speach) media. My friends share to me some info they get from these sources, I was curious to know if you were aware of any #GAFAM-free / decentralized sources of info about #parties or #funevents in #paris 🥳
