Something's seriously broken with French train itineraries, don't know if on DB's or SNCF's side:
I tried to check connections in DB Navigator from Paris Gare d'Austerlitz to Antibes in fall this year.
This is one of many connections Navigator proposes:

Paris Austerlitz -- ~1h -- Chartres -- ~1h -- Paris Montparnasse -- ~5h30 -- Antibes

There's another one via Orléans 😲

Any ideas, @jon ?

@cweickhmann oh they never release Intercités de Nuit timetables much ahead. You’re probably checking too far ahead.

@jon
Yes, that's annoying, especially since there is no clear indication when sales start.
But what did they do to the routing data? The same request for close to now "only" routes you over Juvisy. Not Orléans. But Austerlitz is literally just across the Seine. The Juvisy connection still takes 45 minutes.

@cweickhmann I think DB doesn’t handle Paris well. Try putting PARIS all caps in your search.

Yes, that solves it. It's the equivalent of 'Paris (toutes gares)' on SNCF. DB simply doesn't seem to contain Paris any local transport and no walking information. 😕
