@cyrilpedia funny thing is it's been sold triumphantly as "bespoke" deal (as I've predicted for other things #Brexit).

But it's nonsense - the bespoke bit is in case UK scientists are less successful than expected, they will pay less in. Reason it's nonsense is that historically the exact opposite was true - UK scientists were disproportionately successful & therefore UK a net beneficiary.
