Just make it 500 € or $ per ton CO2 equivalent, which is about the damage this emission will cause in the future. And multiply each actual ton CO2 by factor of 3 to account for all radiative forcing effects.
@cyrilpedia @largess I don't disagree that massive investment in rail is absolutely essential but I think there will still be some need for air travel. You will never be able to get to or around in Greenland without it for example. And air transport is a very small proportion compared to say farming and land clearance or the power sector ...
