Lead here is about people disobeying the law... as if the Tories haven't spent the last few years trying to make the law and justice irrelevant. They're quite happy to invoke "The Will Of The People" when it suits their ends, or to bend the interpretation of rules, even if it damages the rule of law and other critial civic institutions.

So it's no wonder we have people going round chopping down Ulez cameras willy nilly. It may well be that the short-term and longer term impact on society and environment is unbalanced, but that's a policy discussion. All they're achieving now is costing me as a tax-payer, and conflating several loosely related measures.
But this is exactly the kind of thing that happens when you cause damage to law and justice.
