For people that wonder what "Post random quotes" means in release notes of 3.13.0.

Just write "fedilab_quote" between two ":" chars and add an extra space at the end.

That will replace the text with a famous quote and its author between 2k available.

It works also in replies (ie: with mentions in the message).
