Workday is what would happen if aliens came to Earth and created an HR application without fully understanding what humans or resources are.
@neurobongo It helps to have a foil. It seems where I work the engineers loathe our ERP system and the people on the business side hate our IT ticketing system. The two sources of hatred keep the universe balanced I guess. :)
@derickflorian ok, but I think literally everyone hates Workday, except for whoever thinks they are saving money by shifting HR costs onto the broader workforce (because their time is free, right?)
