II looked at the preview on the ebook and couldn't find that quote. Might be a pagination issue, being different on a paper edition, possibly.
Ah, thank you for the image, it's there indeed. I scanned the ebook pages looking for it, and didn't notice - although I do remember seeing the "Politicians are routinely ignorant..." memorable phrase. Missed it on the second part of that paragraph.
