I use and recommend this service. TVmucho.com gives you access to British TV channels anywhere in the world. 37 channels in the basic package, more if you are willing to pay a bit more.
They also give free user accounts access to one hour a day of programming - for no cost. Just register and try it out. Or use it to catch the excellent BBC News reports once a day.
Basic package costs only 48 Euros on a yearly plan, that's 4 Euros per month, for quality tV delivered without glitches or piracy risks.

They also have a one week Recording service - which keeps all broadcast programmes available for the week after their broadcast time. (Similar to BBC iplayer, but for only one week)
No VPN required. HD channels work well also. Love this.
