Just a friendly Moderator's Heads Up reminder...

Our instance terms of Service do NOT allow use of Qoto accounts for Advertising, Marketing or similar purposes.

It's part of my and other staff member's duties to keep an eye out and remediate the situation, usually when a new account comes out firing Adverts right on their first toots.

Two that I personally Reported (to keep a record of what post, what reason action was due) and Suspended (which in common words means Deleted, all account contents, posts, media are immediately purged from this server.)

No Ads or you LOSE your account as soon as we get a report.

We do file reports ourselves too, of course. Just this morning, two of these hit the Dust.
