It is indeed a bit worrisome - although growing and selling (under state license) is legal in some US states, shipping it everywhere is mostly frowned and risky.
Federal regulations still consider cannabis a scheduled drug.

I saw a mention to "we do shipping within the states" -- which is where I took my lead from. In the UK there's much less legal access to cannabis, as far as I know, so the risk is even higher there.
