Maybe someday #mastodon will support text formatting like #GlitchSoc and #Pleroma already do?

It improves not only visual impact, but communication of ideas by judicious use of #Markdown as desired.

For me, it's an important advantage. Both alternative platforms support Markdown as a user option in Toot editor. Please? And thank you.
