Since March, I've been working with sucho.org to track the web availability of ~3,000 Ukrainian cultural heritage websites. I got lazy about checking in the last month: but turns out that attacks on the power infrastructure since the Crimea bridge thing knocked one in 10 .ua domains offline immediately; although they recovered, there's been a pretty steady decrease in uptime for those domains over the last two weeks.

@dichotomiker yeah I think that’s most of what this shows—but I worry constant blackouts and brownouts could be degrading server infrastructure too.
