Trying to figure out why I'm not posting here as often as I thought I'd want to, and I'm starting to think the reason is most of what I'm seeing is talking about Mastodon, which is kind of exhausting.
(Yes, I know I'm contributing to the problem here. And maybe this means I need to follow different people here. But it's not just one or two people.)

Yeah, I've seen more meta-discussion about Mastodon in these past few weeks than I had in years of being here before that, and by now it's getting kind of stale (even though I understand it's useful for the non-stop stream of newcomers, and have contributed to it myself).
I'm hoping it's just a temporary thing, and I do already see it slowing down in my timeline.
