is it just me or DDG really became practically unusable — seems like it only considers the first word from the request and gives you the first page from the oligopolies' sites containing it
I can live without their social media silos and non-interoperable unencrypted messengers, but search engines — I expected them to be more than just another platform to promote the said sites

or maybe there is nothing left on the web itself besides the silos, IDK
I can just scan the first few pages of the search results for the domain names of the sites they're from — I know them all and want to visit none of them, except maybe Wikipedia
maybe web search is just obsolete concept these days and anything worth the attention is essentially the deep/dark web now, IDK
