Biden put Dr. Fauci into a political job in the WH.
Fauci is already making *policy* pronouncements on WHO.
It’s time for him to give up career scientist role at NIH so he doesn’t further politicize what is supposed to be a non-political role.
Maybe it’s because Dr. Fauci’s annual salary at NIH ($417,608, as of 2019, because of special pay for scientists) is much more than what he’d make as a top WH aide ($183k, as of 2020)?
Fauci makes more than President.($400k per yr).
