The Biden admin has sided with rail owners/bosses, stating that a strike would be devastating before the holidays, and calling on Congress to craft a bill limiting strike rights. Frankly, it would be devastating at any point, but that demonstrates how essential rail workers are, and how we have neglected workers. They deserve fair pay AND sick time.
