Ok, as broken as youtube is on a low res screen, it's even more unusable on a high res screen, as the "includes payed promotion" banner that only appears once your cursor is hovering over the video thumbnail, is nearly as big as the video thumbnail, and takes you to a useless help page instead of the video
@OpenComputeDesign doesn't happen on my @frameworkcomputer 13" hidpi screen. FireFox on Ubuntu, ad and sponser block
@falken @frameworkcomputer dunno then, but on my laptop with a 13" 1080P screen, that message takes up half the thumbnail
