The Supreme Court refused to review a case in which a man was sent to jail for murdering his wife on the basis of testimony from a forensic expert who said the man was guilty because two bite marks on her body matched his teeth. Now, the forensic expert has recanted his testimony, yet the SCOTUS won't hear the case. The Supreme Court is not a legitimate institution if they refuse to exonerate.
