Question for legal/tech nerds: do you know of a reported criminal judgment in which the evidential presumption of reliability has been expressly applied to a general purpose computer system (i.e. not breathalysers, radar guns etc), in the face of a specific challenge to the accuracy of the computer output? (I haven't found one yet.)
