@ozzelot @EUCommission nope. Spotify might have been originally Swedish but is now owned by banks, mostly BlackRock, who are based out of US. https://www.investopedia.com/news/top-3-spotify-shareholders/
@falken Spotify is technically Swedish, so European. The fact that it donated to the Trump campaign and actively contributes to IDF is makes it one of the darker-sided European companies (on par with Nestle fwiw).
Edit: oh, and the fact that artists are paid fractions of pennies for each stream.
