Looking for a VM-capable home computing mini PC. My cheap china device gave up due to thermal issues, so I am looking to buy more reputable stuff, preferably in the EU.

With Framework having a big tent full of farts, what would people recommend? system76? Any other things I should take into consideration? Don't want to build myself :)
