Today for the first time I miss Twitter. Last year I gave feedback to a company (Go Ape) and they actually acted on it and changed their booking process, and I wish I had a way to say how happy that makes me that I thought someone there might see. Oh well.
@fleeblewidget Email them? Or if you think there's value in it being public: blog/toot it and email them a link?
But I guess it might feel less immediate if you were used to a platform almost everybody was on. Did you check if they're on Threads? You can @-them from Mastodon to Threads thanks to ActivityPub, nowadays!
