I imagine LaVeyan Satanism (#notmysatan) as the justice/fairness heuristic gone to excess. Social Darwinism is nonsense, yes, but it's usually motivated by a justice/fairness mindset with a particularly narrow scope of interest and a bit of ignorance as to the effects of circumstance. And all the emphasis on /destroying/ those who seek to harm one is, again, just a bit of justice/fairness gone cancerous.

@Azure I feel like you may be misinterpreting LeVey on this one.. It isnt suggesting just because someone steps on your toe you destroy their whole life. You respond as much as is needed in order to protect yourself from the person. Its all about self-autonomy not about revenge.

With that said I do agree with you that I dont subscribe to LeVey Satanism either. But i don't see it as evil as the name tends to suggest either.
