@Azure Well i disagree on many of their stances (Even if overall i dont see them to be too bad). I agree with you that harsher sentencing is not the answer.

It is just important to point out they arent going to go out of their way to destroy your life over a small offense or anything. Even if they may be a bit more harsh than some.
