I'm making some no-carb bread right now. Not only is it the first no-carb bread I've ever made, its the first time I ever tried to make home made bread of any kind. This should be interesting, looks good so far! It's in the oven, 70 minutes and we will have a verdict!

@freemo

My wife and I have learned in our past explorations of alt-bread making that keeping the "fluff" that it acquires in the oven, after removing it, is a tricky business. It may deflate, don't get discouraged, it IS possible to make absolutely delicious grain-free, barely-carb bread.

Its been a really long time since we have done that actually, your toot may inspire me to revisit some grain free baking. 😀

@TheCryptoconomy this particular bread is german style. So no yeast and no fluff. Pretty much the easiest style of bread to do for a beginning, particularly no-carb. I suspect it will be a success but by the time i move on to fluffy bread it may turn out to be much more of a challenge im sure.
