I watched the highly appraised Black Panther, but was rather disappointed... 😔 Wakanda didn't feel too magical, and the black cast didn't feel revolutionary (although it might have been). Most importantly, I just didn't like the superhero - others are way cooler! 😎

@hinterwaeldler While I agree on those points I do feel they did a good job at doing a "black pride" type movie well without falling into the trap of racism you often see where whites are portrayed as villains or dim-witted. The heros, the villains, the whole story line didnt seem to show any one race negatively while still showing a Africans positively. I thought this aspect at least was very well done.
